The AI feature I removed
A 0→1 AI product built solo, end to end — where I found the model was making the core loop worse, and replaced it with deterministic logic.

I have been a backend engineer, an instructor, a coaching manager, and a product manager. The titles look unrelated. They are not.
Every one of those roles owned an outcome metric and answered for it. At Refinery29 it was page load and video views. At Outco it was job placement rate — which moved on coaching consistency, not content volume. At ApplyPass it was delivery. At Cleara it is whether a person can tell they are improving.
Product management is the first job I have had where owning the metric is the title. It is not the first one where I did it.
